Dormitory registrations for the 2025 – 2026 academic year will be conducted from June 23 - June 27, 2025
To avoid any inconvenience due to high demand, students must carefully follow the steps outlined below and complete their registration renewals on time.
- Students must fill out the application form for the 2025 - 2026 Fall and Spring Semester dormitory general application between 09:00 on Monday, June 23, 2025, and 17:00 on Friday, June 27, 2025, by accessing the following link: https://forms.gle/7k2Vwh7Pqt9i9srA7
- Students whose applications are approved will be notified via SMS on July 03, 2025. Payments must be made annually, between July 03 and July 09, 2025, to the bank account listed below via bank transfer, EFT or physically using a credit card. The selected room type rate + $500 deposit must be paid. Applications with incomplete payment will not be considered.
Requests to change the selected room will be evaluated after the registration period ends.
One application is sufficient; multiple room types can be selected in a single application.

For students who have previously stayed in our dormitories:

For students registering for our dormitories for the first time:

Students must bring the original documents required for registration on the day of dormitory placement.

The selected room type rate + $500 deposit must be paid.
Registration for the 2024 Summer Education dormitories will be conducted from May 14 to May 30, 2025, for students enrolled in the Foreign Languages Preparatory Programs, and from July 4 to July 11, 2025, for those in the Undergraduate/Associate Degree Programs.
Students residing in the dormitories at the end of the 2024 Spring Semester must vacate their rooms and check out by May 22, 2025, for the PREPARATORY PROGRAMS and by July 2, 2025, for the UNDERGRADUATE/ASSOCIATE DEGREE PROGRAMS. Students are expected to take all personal belongings with them upon check-out. The university cannot be held responsible for any items left behind.
For the 2025 Summer Education, payments must be made via bank transfer, EFT, or on-site credit card payment (single payment) to the following bank account. Applications with incomplete fee payments will not be considered. Please contact [email protected] for information about dormitory vacancy before making any payments.

Students with dormitory scholarships must submit certified letters showing their summer education course registrations to the dormitory accounting office.
Students who wish to reside in the dormitories during their mandatory internships can register by providing a document from their employer stating the duration of their internship. The dormitory fees for these students will be prorated based on the fees listed below for the duration of their internships.
Students who have completed their dormitory registration can move in as early as June 14, 2025, for the Preparatory Programs, and July 12, 2025, for the Undergraduate/Associate Degree Programs.
